Nature which is so beautifully synchronized that it doesn’t need anyone to remind it to bring in Sun

 and Moon at a particular time. Seasons come, serve their term and go only to return at the right time ag

ain.

We are able to appreciate and differentiate between day and night, seasons, hot and cold, High and low tides just because we have experienced the opposites.

We appreciate the hustle bustle of the day because we know we can have the night to ourselves to relax.

God has given us LIVE examples to learn and understand.

If we didn’t have so-called negative emotions -anger, unhappiness, sadness. we wouldn’t have been able to appreciate the feelings of Joy, happiness, peace and calmness.

Every emotion has a role to play, until the time that emotion has not played its part in our life it doesn’t leave us. Until such time that it hasn’t shown us the entire picture, we can’t really let go of it.

Every emotion is a friend. All we need to do is to allow ourselves to feel them completely in order to experience the opposite of it. If we do not allow ourselves to experience and feel the emotion which is low in nature, we can never experience the higher emotion.

In order to feel the joy we must feel the sorrow completely, else the remnant of that emotion won’t allow us to move forward. But we must also know when to let go and not attach ourselves to the lower emotion.

We have always been taught to suppress our emotions but remember it’s not that emotion which creates a problem in our lives but the suppression of it. Only if we allowed ourselves to feel them completely, only if we allowed ourselves what we are feeling in our own space we would have been in a better place.

So, by all means, go ahead experience that anger, hurt, sadness, irritation, jealousy, greed but remember to be responsible for it too. Make sure that these are your emotions which are to be experienced in your private space, not to be taken out on the other. It has nothing to with others what you are feeling within.

Having a journal, writing all that you feel is a very good idea.

Yelling shouting, punching a pillow is a good way of releasing anger and pain.

Writing and burning the letter to a person who you feel has betrayed you or hurt you can help you a great deal.

Go ahead and cleanse yourself to experience the better quality of life 🙂
