Ten weeks ago I sat down with a morning thought and a cup of tea and started writing.
I did not know it would become this. A series of ten posts that took me — and I hope, you — through releasing and emptying and the strange, uncomfortable, sacred space of not knowing. Through the script we chose, the mind that challenges us, the deer that runs toward what it already carries, the body we are learning to inhabit, the villains who agreed to love us in the hardest way, and the forgetting that made all of it necessary.
I did not plan it this way. It unfolded. Which feels right, because that is exactly what the writing was about.
I want to pause here for a moment before the next thing begins. Not because there is nothing left to say — there is always more to say. But because I have learned that the pause matters. That the breath between the exhale and the inhale is where something essential lives. That arriving deserves a moment before the next departure.
So this is me, pausing.
These ten weeks changed something in me too. Writing is not separate from the work. Putting words to what is moving through you is its own kind of alchemy. The series taught me as much as I hope it gave you.
If you have been reading from the beginning, thank you. Genuinely. You showed up week after week for something that was not always easy or comfortable.
If you are arriving here for the first time, welcome. The ten posts are all there waiting for you, in order, whenever you want them.
And now, a breath.
Next week something new begins. A different thread, and more practical, rooted in the same soil as everything that came before. About what it looks like to live with less. To create space — in your home, in your days, in your mind — so that what matters can actually be felt. About the relationship between the inner releasing we have been doing and the outer life that reflects it.
But that is next week.
For now, just this.. A moment of A breath. A pause.
Thank you for walking this with me.
